Michael Jackson
the tragic end
On June 25, 2009, Michael died of suffering a cardiac arrest and of acute propofol and BZD intoxication from at his home in LA. Conrad Murray, the personal physician who was taking care of Michael, said that he had found Michael unconscious in his room and administered CPR on his bed, but failed to get a response. Michael was treated by paramedics at his home but was later pronounced dead at 2:26 pm. On August 29, 2009, the LA Coroner ruled that his death was a homicide caused by Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 and served a two-year prison sentence.
